Alejandro has been a consultant for large real estate developments and hotel projects in North and South America and Europe since 2006.

Their designs seek to enhance space and privacy, with a deep respect for nature and the use of vegetation as integral part of the architecture. They have designed acclaimed resorts in their hometown of Marbella, Southern Spain such as Puente Romano, Marbella Club and Kempinski Hotel, as well as the Ritz Carlton Abama, the Sheraton La Caleta in Tenerife and the Jumeirah Polo & Golf Resort in Marrakech. They have also designed very successful residential luxury projects including Alhambra del Mar, Mansion Club and Marina del Puente and are currently involved in large scale mixed-use resorts in China and the Middle East. Additionally, they have designed numerous luxury villas for private clients.

She has led a team of more than 150 people in different states in Brazil and has also launched operations in Argentina and Chile.

He holds extensive knowledge in negotiation with high closing conversion and has a great talent for team management.

Mariana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication specialized in direct lead generation in Tourism and Hospitality. She started her career in Marketing in 2006 for Royal Holiday and worked for Groupon. She has more than 10 years of experience in prospecting and negotiation of strategic partnerships also training and management of promotion and telemarketing teams.

Eduarda Fhamilly holds a degree in Social Communication from UNITRI-MG. She began her career in production and communication agencies until in 2010 she discovered her vocation as commercial in the Multipropriety industry. Since then, she has been dedicated to the constant improvement of sales techniques and project presentation. She has worked in several cities throughout Brasil and currently works as a Training and Sales Strategy Manager at Pure Resorts, attending the selected audience in the city of Sao Paulo.
